I think the bull rally will start in 2019, as the most significant event in cryptoworld was suspended - Bakkt postponed the launch of its platform to January 24.
Before, when we all were taking the bloodbath, most of us were sure that the bull run could come close to December. I still have a slight hope that this winter will bring many positive changes.
