I haven't much idea about trust system but I think it will not reflect instantly green on profile. Perhaps it's show green after a time of period. So why should show green on comment since it's not green on rating ? I don't think it will not look good. Current system isn't bad. Regarding red it's instant reflect on user profile. So it's reflection red also on comment.
