Card has no Minex/Chain2Pay logo on it,so it is not Minex/Chain2pay card at all.Boris took company cards from bank and connect on his application.Problem is that VISA does not allow to abuse cards via third parties - you cant issue bank cards which bank issue to their customers to your own customers.If you want to issue cards to customers ,you have to fill request for sub-issueing. That means to finish all regulatory things,to give Visa your card design for approval and finally to make contract with card manufacturer about number of cards you want to be made and its security features. Boris is trying to deceive VISA/Mastercard ,but he would not be able to present 23000 customers as his employees and ultimately it will fail.Also VISA did not grant Privat Bank worldwide license.So ,if you sucessfully fulfill all what VISA asks,you will be able to issue cards only for members from Ukraine.What you want to do is exactly why VISA shutdown Wavecrest.You have to follow rules and regulations or Visa will shutdown you so fast that you wont even have time to blink.
