1) Box plot for median of weekly merits over weeks.
This one is to track changes of median with impacts of weekly merits, especially with extreme values, both extreme highs and extreme lows.

2) Box plot and descriptive table of the percentage of change between specific week's merits and the median of weekly merits of previous period.
This one is to observe the percentage change, from which can early disclose weeks with abnormal changes of total weekly merits (extremes high or extreme lows, or simply in the range of potential outliers).
