Binance usually don't let you to announce something about it before they approve listing of the token.
So, why is the team disclosing the negotiations with Binance?
The team is all about transparency in regards to actions taken by them. This is just an extension of that.
Being transparent is appreciated. But I think they are confident of being listed on Binance and it has been finalized or we should forget about Binance.
The team surely is.
However, we all hope for the best of course.
