For now there is no campaign for newbie to get bitcoin but you can join bounties and get some tokens.  What you need to do now is to spend quality time developing your account to level of members and above and then apply for good campaigns that will pay you good bitcoin.  As a newbies you stand in no chance to make bitcoin.
