I believe 2019 will be a dead year, mostly moving sideways, new lows are also possible. I don't expect to see any big price movements to the upside untill the end of the year. Maybe I am wrong, in fact I hope I am wrong 
There is a thing called market cycles, and it takes time for them to unwind... so don't expect this bear market to be over so soon. Big institutional investors don't want to drive price too high, they want to accumulate at low price, and for people to gain trust and start investing in crypto again will take much more time.
