I had this situation several week later. try this,
In short terms, do clean install, after synced replace wallet.dat with backup wallet.dat.
Details:
1. Backup wallet.dat
2. Backup 808.conf
3. Delete all files in ../AppData/Roaming/808, except 808.conf
4. Run 808.exe
5. Wait until blockchain sync
6. Close 808 wallet
7. Replace wallet.dat with backup
8. Run 808.exe
