Same casino owner is okay, this is just probably a whitelabel casino, where they are using the main owner (which is pornhub or ph) and just given the license to change their name and brand, but all the games within are exactly the same. Quite normal for these types of casinos.

You need not make these far-fetched assumptions. As far I can see nobody said scam is okay, just that whitelabelling is a common practice. I take no part in arguing whether this casino is a scam or not but nobody has claimed scamming is okay as far as I can see.
Please be rational and don't try to cause drama every opportunity you see...
