What do you mean by real bitcoin? Do you mean there are multiple types of bitcoin? If yes, then we can compare with others if no then no need to compare.

There are a lots of coin on different names and ticker but not exact name and Ticker of (BTC). In this case we can say only the real coin is Bitcoin (though there are several good coin but not better than Bitcoin).
