I sent some Colx from my exchange account to wallet by generating a receive request without specifying amount or any other field as the wallet says they are all optional.
Transcation says "Not yet redeemed" and coins are not deposited to my wallet yet.
Should I something to redeem this transcation or juts wait? 2-3 hours passed since withdrawal.
Wallet is synched and unlocked for staking.
You might be synched on a wrong network.

Depending on how long you were on a wrong network, you might loose the rewards you got on the wrong network (as they did not happen in the main network), also if you had an earlier version before zerocoin, you might start minting zerocoins, check this guide as well to turn it off if you are not into it:
