Imo, CS already has around 200 partners or more and around one third of them will launch an ICO or build a dapp on top of CS platform. Just this will bring some value to CS and there're also stratetigc partners, ones for promotional purposes, with others CS will share their blockchain expertise and there're also those who will adopt the platform for their company use.  This should be well enough to be of big value to CS.
