Are you gpoing to decrease hardcap? 21 mln is too much in this bear market. And how much were raised in private sale? Softcap reached already?

I think there is no need to decrease there hard cap because of the lowering value of ETH and even if ETH fall even further the price is peg in USD it just seems your paying more ETH if your hung up to the 2017 altcoin bubble.

it's a matter of how much are you will to pay for a promising project. if you think the ETH is worth it then do it.
