First time to open a BTC wallet.
What kinds of BTC wallet are available to buy cooper membership and where? Korean exchange wallet is available to proceed this transaction?

Do you own any btc at the moment? Normally if you have an exchange account with bitcoin wallet it should be possible to send bitcoin to your copper membership purchase address.
As I understand you have already account on a Korean Exchange, is this true? It won't be a problem to transfer bitcoin from the exchange to the bitcointalk given address.
