i don't think litecoin price will touch 15$ because yesterday litecoin price was 27$ and today its 31$ again going up. i think current price is the cheapest price and maybe in coming days price go upto 40$ again
it looks like market is starting to recover and prices of top ten coins are growing fast in last 24 Hrs
