we started the project already, and we will launch pretty soon. If the hardcap is not reached, tokens will be burnt. What do you mean exactly by 'soon'? Can you already tell us an estimated date when you are going to launch the exchange?
According to the roadmap in the Ann they plan the official launch of the exchange in Q2 2019. I think it was previously planned for Q1 resp. March 2019 but they probably have changed the launch date because of the new main sale dates.
