Just putting it out there....whats to stop the dev. from selling all the premined coins reserved for the investors in advance and after the IPO closes, he/she/they can just stop developing and walk away with free BTC + BTC sold from premined Reddcoin...perhaps this is the new scam 2.0 after IPO scams? Just putting it out there...
Block explorer will be available from day 1. You will be able to follow those coins. I'm pretty sure that if something unusual happen to those coins during this period, it will crash the market. If you don't receive your coins after the IPCO close, it will crash the market. I have no incentive in not distributing Reddcoins to the investors.
