In markets there is a saying; some times doing nothing is the best option. In other words, find yourself something else to focus on. Try utilize your time in the best possible manner, because sitting here being frustrated about the price is an utter waste of time, because you'll be doing the same thing for months straight. The price won't miraculously rocket up to $10,000 any time soon.
I think that watching prices is not a waste of time if the OP has money to invest. I believe that now crypto currencies have fallen deep enough and the local bottom may be somewhere here.
The basic rule of trading is "buy low, sell high". This means that the OP should sold his coins a month ago. He would have saved his wealth and he currently would have been waiting for the next attractive moment to open a new trading position.
