we started the project already, and we will launch pretty soon. If the hardcap is not reached, tokens will be burnt. What do you mean exactly by 'soon'? Can you already tell us an estimated date when you are going to launch the exchange?
Soon would be Q1 2019
so after the presale, and before/during the main sale.
