The first step to overcoming stress is its recognition. Identify the source of stress in order to be able to cope with it. Try to isolate negative emotions that affect your trading and focus on key market factors and price movements. You should try to treat the situation calmly and keep a clear mind.
maybe stress  often occur usually because we are risking all the money we have, it is very different if it collects with leftover money or money that we can sacrifice, maybe stress will not happen, but stress can also be caused if we expect too much profit without anticipating sudden price reductions, this also has the potential to make us panic, so to prevent stress don't expect big profits, and don't use all of our money to trade because if we fail we will go bankrupt.
