You can test yours application with whatever card you want,but you will not be able to deliver customers bank issued cards,but only your own,with your own logo. It does not matter if card is crypto related or not ,procedure is the same for all - company which wants to issue card to theirs customers must fill request for sub-issuing and cant use cards of others entities.
If you try to avoid that, Mastercard will ban your card immediately.It is that simple. Finishing all neccessary regulatory things and fullfilment of Mastercard procedures take a long time .It is not easy and there is no workaround.Iam sure you cant it finish and get valid card till end of 2018.Nobody can do it so fast.

Mentioning Novarise in order to get people to buy MNX was a classic scam. The lies they made about ČSOB was another classic scam just to create fake buzz.
I hope scammer temhuk and his Minex buddies get arrested soon.
They are probably so desperate that they will do anything to release something.I said intentionally something,not card,because that what they will release will be really something unknown( like cousin Itt in Addams family
)Temhuk said that Visa/Mastercard can ban only direct crypto related card.That is so far from truth. They can ban from many reasons,not just crypto.Not following necessary procedures is one of top reasons.People from Minex obviously dont like regulations and procedures and do not care about it.Iam afraid that if they release bank card instead their own,when Mastercard ban cards,a lot of customers money will be permanently trapped in Minex wallet and account.in that case scam will become superscam.
