dont know what your on about but without bcfn there would be no sys.. i would be working on other things but it allowed sys to innovate under commercial context and bring an open source project to life with tangible tech that will seperate it from the rest.
the problem is bcfn holds no sys itself because of unclear legal rules to do so at the time of incorporation.. we hope to do that so it will align sys and bcf together directly instead of indirectly now that laws are more clear.
