@thunderjet - The whole SEC situation regarding ICO operators having to return funds, is that just for VISA/Mastercards crypto projects or for all ICOs?

I see the Minex scammers putting all their eggs in the Republia scam. They had to launch Republia until March this year ,when market was still strong and Minex was in peak of strength.Now after all failures,with Minex falling apart and market is strong bearish,they should be happy to collect few bucks. That is why they sent theirs representative on the far East in Korea,China,Japan,trying to lure rich investors from Asia.They are aware that this time have little chances to lure a lot of naive small and midsize investors,so they put all cards on pulling in the project few big ones.Didnt realize that big crypto investors usually investing in their own companies and projects,because they know how much scams are on crypto scene.I expect that Republia funding will fail miserably.
