У меня там 0,1 btc. Тоже вроде по нынешнему курсу немного, но учитывая, что я практически не выводил с биржи и это наторговано с 0,005 btc за год, то как бы хочется их вывести.

Hello, my name is _____. I am a citizen of the Russian Federation. I was born in the Republic of Crimea in the Soviet Union. For many years I lived in Ukraine. Then, for some time I lived in the Crimea again, and now I live and work in Moscow, the capital of the Russian Federation.
I registered on the Poloniex exchange in November 2017 and immediately verified my account for trading. Periodically made transactions for the buy and sale of cryptocurrency assets. However, on October 18, 2018, my account was suddenly frozen. After more than a month, the Poloniex exchange replied that my account was blocked and recommended contacting OFAC. The exchange did not give me the opportunity to withdraw my funds and then close my account, but simply froze all transactions, although I did not violate the rules of the exchange. I want to get my money back! If this does not happen in the near future, I will apply to the international court.
I attach screenshots of my account and my documents. Please influence the administration of the Poloniex Exchange and give me the opportunity to withdraw my funds.

OFAC does not stop, seize, or hold funds related to wire transfers or accounts. Financial institutions stop to investigate and release, reject back, or block transactions or accounts pursuant to U.S. sanctions regulations.

If an account has not yet been blocked, the financial institution may be undertaking an internal investigation to determine the full details of the transaction. The only insight available for the transaction during that time would be from the bank directly, OFAC will not have insight into the internal investigation by the institution. If a financial institution has blocked a transaction (and reported it to OFAC), it can only be released with a license from OFAC.

You can apply for a license for the release of blocked funds from the OFAC License Application Page. Please be advised that it is necessary to know the sanctions program which the transaction was blocked pursuant to, before applying. Additionally transactions will only be released if they were mistakenly blocked. If the transaction was correctly blocked in accordance with U.S. sanctions regulations there is no guarantee a license will issued for its release.

Короче говоря надо будет заполнить заявку (http://www.treasury.gov/resource-center/sanctions/Pages/licensing.aspx) на лицензию от OFAC на разблокировку и вывод средств. Но если будет установлено, что заблокированы они были ошибочно. Буду заполнять эту заявку.

Еще пришел ответ от CIRCLE. Эти скаммеры вообще типа не причем.

Пишите на эти мейлы все,у кого по какой-либо причине заблокировал Poloniex средства. Чем больше будет писем и обращений, тем больше внимания у органов США к этой недобирже!!!
