The article mentiones the tweet of Phillip Nun. If you google him, the same guy predicted that btc will be 60k by the end of 2018! As we see, he most likely made a uge mistake in predictions before, and it's not like he's some top guy in blockchain industry (while even very reputable ones make many mistakes in price predictions), so I don't think any credibility should be given here. I do think it's a positive thing that people at least make positive predictions. Perhaps it will inspire investors to return to the market and this craziness with prices will just stop.
