For account recovery, theymos said if it was possible to maintain, he would throw $100k instantly for that. There's no need for any fee, and a fee probably wouldn't be appropriate unless absolutely necessary. Money is not a problem. If I could throw $100k at the problem and make it go away, I would do so.
