There is a massive pr campaigns during the token sale but they all finish at the end of crowdsale. We do not see the crypto-boom now and we do not expect that tokens will growth if we do not see the hype around that tokens. So with the dropping of amount of advertising we see the dropping of demand and that's why prices always drop if there is not a boom.
I agree that advertising solves many problems. If many people talk about a coin or a token, then both the sales volumes and the price are very pleasant. But I also noticed a decrease in the price of many tokens after the listing because of not the participants of the bounty but the team that conducted the ICO.If you pay attention then the first sales after listing are very voluminous. The participants of the bounty cannot even earn as many tokens approximately. Therefore, they hide behind and blame the bounty on all the participants, but in fact they themselves crush the course.
