last time I tried withdrawing CLAM from yobit was like 9 months ago and withdrawals didn't work so probably they have no plans to send CLAM withdrawals
your  best thing to buy or sell clam is through poloniex , and hope you have access to it cause personally I don't and I have to let one of my friends do my orders everytime I want to buy
