I see some time that happened to ETH, I see ETH is very difficult to rise at all, for example if BTC rises 5% but ETH only rises 2.5% while if prices drop, ETH falls further than BTC. You know both are different coins and not all the if bitcoin pumps ethereum would pump too, it is not like that how the market works. Though ETH is just following the market of bitcoin, and it is up to the people. If bitcoin would pump then ETH would pump too but not the same percentage as what bitcoin was.
