Nah, I don't think that $10,000 is doable at the end of the year. There are no news that will trigger a bull run so its better to adjust and be flexible because the market situation is very volatile. Some see the market as pulling a dead-cat-bounce in the last 72 hours and now the same pattern is repeating again.

As for the Van Eck/Solid X proposal well everyone is really hoping for a approval but it's still up to the SEC to make that final decision. Majority believes is inevitable but I don't see it happening this December. Most likely it will be speculated that 2019 will be the year so let's see how it goes.
