can anyone help with guiding on using ledger nano s
i activated it , downloaded bitcoin app , wanchain app , etherium app , eos app
i have ledger live on my pc (using mac)
i am trying to transfer some alt coins from exchange and all i see at LEDGER LIVE on my pc is eth
i use trezor and had less complication with it , only thing ledger let me do is send or receive etherium ....have 0 balance currently ...should it have balance bigger than 0 to start doing anything ?
any advice would help ..tried ledger support page already ....not sure what im doing wrong
Not entirely sure if I got you right, but:
- Ledger Live doesn't show all assets by default; you'll have to navigate to "Add accounts" and add the respective asset you want to manage
- Some assets aren't supported yet by Ledger Live and you'll have to use the asset's original-client (for example you can't manage ERC20-Tokens using Ledger Live yet but you can log in to MEW/MyCrypto using your Ledger Nano S)
