Errr. I would suggest all members here to be weary of utilizing this service. There is no proper contact information, company information, owner information available on this website.
Even worse, they apparently hold user's PRIVATE keys in order to utilize their service.
Re: Private Keys: We hold them because typical, non-technical users lose them. We handle dozens of "Lost Password" resets daily. If they held their own keys, they would lose all access to funds with no recovery. Of course, most wallets don't care if their customers lose private keys as long as it's not their fault. We do care about our customers.
