Centralized i prefer kucoin and binance.
But decentralized not very good options. I use forkdelta or idex (which is not compeletly decentralized)
Yes, from the decentralized exchanges today there are no fundamentally decentralized ones that could really show DEX and comply with all the rules of DEX. I know that there is a project on the platform KOMODO which in the near future will have a real decentralized exchange.
