Personally, I never buy something illegal. Both legal or illegal stuff can be bought by bitcoin, and so with the fiat. As far as I know many people with bad intention can use both system. So, it depends on people intention, it depends on their consideration of using bitcoin or fiat money because people have different situation, right?
