I think yes,we are kind of investors in Icos but we are investing not money but our precious time and much efforts for advertising cryptoprojects through social networks and forums.So yes we can be considered as investors too.

We like investing by giving our services to the project. That is the reality, when the project is successful we will get our rations, and vice versa. If a project turns out to be a scam, not only investors will lose, we will also suffer losses.
