Boris is lying people. For branded card they must have contract for branded card sub-issuing,to finish all regulatory work and necessary procedures,to get design approval from Mastercard and to make a contract with card manufacturer. Plus Privat Bank has no license for worldwide distribution.
They have absolutely nothing. Minex didnt even fill request for sub-issuing. One logical question - if Minex has already branded cards why it is testing cards which are not the ones for customers

When you look the numbers you quoted there is no way anybody can justify the MNX sell-off.
I agree with you that Borys has pocketed the cash from the MNX sell-off and is funding (or part-funding) the Republia scam. Why in that case is the Minex scam still on-going? What is their end game?
End game is to find enough gullable investors for Republia,take theirs money and then slowly leave Minex to fade away into oblivion.
