The OP has a decent amount of positive trust and trade history.

Provided there are no red flags indicating the OP might not be the owner of his account, I would recommend processing his request. 

@OP -- I would recommend that you amend your signed message to include an email address you want associated with your account. Your signed message does not specify ask to have your account unlocked. Perhaps a good signed message would be:

or

My account has been hacked/lost. I confirm the email associated with my account should be . The current date is . Please unlock my account.
