You may choose any payment type that has tracking. I just put "Pack and Track" as default.

I am also curious about Express Shipping. I am located in the united states. I would have to send a little more BTC though.

Express Post International is double the cost of pack and track so if you add an extra 0.04BTC that would cover it.
