I've been addicted to food too but to think about the health risk, It will always be better to stick to a healthy diet. It doesn't mean you have to make yourself suffer but atleast you can make one or two days of your week as a cheat day where you can eat everything you want as much as you can and live the rest of your week in a healthy way.
