I like the animation and the way website looks in general. It could become pretty attractive for gamblers theoretically, but you got to deal with the accusations! Avoiding responsibility will only result in less trust to the project on this forum. Please don't ignore what some respected members of the community pointed out. Just go aheadm answer the questions, delete all the inaccurate information if there is any and apologise for it. This could give you a fresh start and potential to earn the trust of gamblers. Don't give up, you can still do it is you stop ignoring stuff.
