Bounty hunters get 2% -3% of the total pool of tokens, with all the desire, they will not be able to bring down the price. The price is always brought down by investors who first seek to sell their tokens and discourage investments.
That is mostly the scenario of almost all of the tokens that hit the exchanges now. Tokens took a deep dive even with the bounties not given yet and still some people blamed the bounty hunters of making the token cheap. Even if the team would allocate 5% for bounty, still it is not enough to bring price down and they could easily buy back those tokens if they want the price stable or go up.
