Atlant scam. They require from bounty hunters 1 eth to get a reward further. This is a big nonsense.
That's a hard requirement, 1 ETH for whitelisting fee is just a big amount because that is an expense on your part.
In addition, the KYC verification is hard to pass, I hope they will make things simple so bounty hunters can still continue to enjoy their compensation.

If you cannot deal with their terms, simply don't send any eth and don't verify your address whitelist.
I also honestly think that 1 eth is too big, but when I think about my funds security, yes we need to whitelist the eth address where we can withdraw the funds only to that address. And of course security need some fees.
