I think BTC can survive tha last month of the year so. Its actually on huge dump so that's, its so tough to recover soon. I think the next year it will hit the level you mentioned. I think all the crypto market are surviving so that altocoin will survive mostly. Its so difficult time going on so make your strategy to invest on that moment it could make you rich. So I think it will be a good idea to invest and buy coins on super low level. Its all about my opinion.
