GORECRUIT: ROADMAPWe have been working on the GoRecruit service since 2012. Then we began research in the field of open data analysis for HR decision making. In 2015, the algorithm for evaluating applicants based on data from the social network VKontakte was developed and the first version of the product was implemented. Over the next three years, we applied the service to the first large company (more than 1,000 employees), carried out studies to prove our initial hypotheses and launched two product versions in succession.
We are developing GoRecruit, and we want the service to be turned into a product as soon as possible, useful for all participants in the hiring process, which can solve their problems qualitatively. To do this, we analyzed our previous steps, the existing potential for the development of the service, the challenges and opportunities for growth, the needs, available and estimated resources. Based on this analysis and expert discussion about work aspects, we built a roadmap for the project.
