Cryptopia responded. They said the decision was final and there is nothing we can do to retain the listing. January 10th, 2019 the BERN wallet at Cryptopia goes offline. 
Does anyone in the community have a recommendation for an exchange? Perhaps novaexchange? Of course, we will have to raise any listing fees.

i would definitely park at coinexchange.io, accurate and efficient,
but this may turn harder than expected
