I'm getting this on 0.5-82. That's because Hive folder for custom miners has changed in 0.6 for which you did the package. On 0.6 it is fine.
/hive/custom/miniZ/h-run.sh: line 7: /hive/miners/custom/miniZ/h-manifest.conf: No such file or directory
No CUSTOM_CONFIG_FILENAME is set
