I got my first bet refund at evrybet.io without even asking it (within 10 minutes) support was super cool and friendly.

Can you post out on your conversations? Such claims would be more real if its tagged out with proofs.
I have used up sportsbet a quite sometime but I didn't experienced any problems and in fact they are one of the oldest bookies as of now still operational.
