I would like to receive a decent explanation why my account doesn't qualify to receive the 6mBTC freebet.

I had a chat with support and they couldn't answer and security@sportsbet.io does not respond on my email.

I am not angry or something but I just want to know why I do not receive the freebet.

I registered my account 3-4 days ago and is the only account I play from.
I deposited my first amount the 28th of November 2018.
And I placed my first bet that fulfilled all requirements.
