You mean fully working exchange or just demo version before ICO? As I understand from roadmap exchange will be lanched after ICO... or before?
During q1 2019 they have in program to launch the exchange, so is going to be the real thing
not so much time to wait.The Ico is ending in December I guess. So, q1 2019 for the production release is quite a good timing.
