Will purse.io help when we have a problem buying goods on Amazon like the items received defect physically or don't arrive at the destination?
I don't think they will. They're just the payment facilitators and have nothing to do with the suppliers or the logistics. You should be able to ask about that to the amazon customer support using the order number.
You can also use Purse[1], and you can get discounts too! I've read decent reviews about it though I really haven't tried it myself. If only Amazon doesn't charge abysmal internetional shipping fees.
Be careful there! They're having issues with refunding orders lately.
